 Everett
"Butch" Kirk III, President of ITS,
focuses his efforts on new business development and marketing.
Butch has lived in Lima all his life and, after earning
a B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State
University, founded the company in 1977 with his grandfather,
Everett Kirk, Senior.
Butch's
strong Christian values impact many aspects of his life.
He believes in traditional family values and spending time
with his wife and three young-adult children. He calls himself
an optimist in a pessimistic world and his love of hunting
and fishing are apparent in his office décor...a
white Dall sheep, a Russian boar, and photos of 8-point
deer.
Butch
is deeply involved in many civic, church and community organizations
and activities. When he takes a break he can be found enjoying
water sports, boating, and vacationing with the family in
Myrtle Beach each summer. Email

 Everett
S. Kirk, Jr., P.E., Chief Engineer, is a civil engineer
who joined ITS in 1997. Born in Newport, Kentucky, Everett
was raised in Ohio. Everett attended the University of Cincinnati
and later transferred to Ohio Northern University where
he received his B.S. in Civil Enginering. He is a member
of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and a World War II veteran
having served as a radar man in the United States Navy.
Everett
retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation in 1997.
During his career he was party chief in a survey crew in
the construction department, Design Engineer, Bridge Engineer
and Project Construction Engineer.
Everett
enjoys the tranquility that he finds in nature. He especially
loves being near water whether it's a creek, river, lake
or the ocean. Contact

 Deron
Geiser, Chief Estimater, is a mechanical engineer
who joined ITS in 1989 and is the Chief Estimator. Deron
lives in Bluffton, Ohio. He enjoys spending time with his
wife and two children, and his favorite vacations involve
Florida beaches and golfing anywhere. Contact

 Bruce
Segovia, Q.C. Manager/Draftsman, wears two hats at ITS;
QC Manager and CAD Manager. Bruce lives in Elida, Ohio and
has been with ITS since 1989. He's a mechanical design engineer
and belongs to the SME. He and his wife have two teenage sons.
Bruce got involved with scouting when his sons became involved
in Tiger Cubs in 1992, and is still active as Scoutmaster.
His hobbies include handgun hunting for deer and hunting for
squirrel, pheasant, dove and rabbit. Contact

 Greg
Herron, Equipment Manager, has been with ITS since 1986.
He also farms near Lima — wheat, corn, and soybeans.
In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family and
his favorite vacation was a church mission project in Hughes,
Alaska, near the Arctic Circle. Contact

 Leo
Merschman, Erection & Fabrication Leader, has been
with ITS since 1991. He manages the ITS Fabrication Shop,
and lives in nearby Wapakoneta, Ohio with his wife and two
sons. In his free time, Leo enjoys shooting high-power rifles
and participates in various activities of the Lima Sabres
